Join leaders of the engineering community for the "6th Annual Engineering R&D Symposium" scheduled for Tuesday, May 6, 2008 in Washington, DC. The event will bring together society leaders from over twenty engineering organizations, representing more than one million engineers to learn about the federal government’s current and future investment in research and development (R&D) and its impact on engineering research. The event will be convened in conjunction with the annual “National Academy of Engineering Convocation" and AAES Awards Dinner and Board meeting.
ASME is the Program Chair for the Symposium, which is sponsored and funded by United Engineering Foundation and its Founder Societies: ASME, IEEE-USA, ASCE, AIChE and AIME ________________________
